My "New Pet"

Today is payday, and even though I can't afford it, I bought myself a present. It's called a NeoPet (no realtion to that dillrod in that crappy new movie) and it is in the guise of a Dragon. Voice activated, sings and talks and gets sad if you yell at it. It's damn cute. I had to go to radioshack to get the stupid batteries (okay, I didn't really go, I sent one of my minions) but now I have extra. I just have to think of a cool name for the little guy.

Also, we have an electric bill of nearly $300 for 1 damn month. Did we use that much juice in a month? Of course not. They estimated out use since August based on an empty apartment and sent us bilss of like $10 twice. So now that ehy've read the meter, we have until our regular payment time to come up with a huge amount of money, 6 weeks before Christmas. I think that sucks. I don't think it's right or fair for them to ask us to pay 3 month worth of electricity with 2 weeks notice, because they couldn't be bothered to come out and read the meter. So hear THAT, GE? You must be part Hoover, because YOU SUCK!!!

This one was $15 at KayBee in the mall, so its probably cheaper elsewhere.
