Does my head feel smaller?

Went to my first appointment with my new therapist today. Didn't really want to go...had to sort of make myself.

Glad I went, she is great. It appears that I've been assigned an intelligent, experiences, competant therapist who knows what in hell she's talking about. That is pretty damn exciting for me. I'll be seeing her once a week, regular. We're going to...um... work on stuff.

Still have no hook up, still bummed about it.

Hope it works out for you. I had a cool therapist a while back, but I still hated going. Once I was there, it was OK, and I was glad I went afterwards. It's hard work! Hang in there. :)

I'm fairly enthusiastic about this one, so my plan is to stick with it. I'm long overdue for some dramatic changes.
