All Hail Wednes!!!

Lookit me, I'm awake and showered before 4pm on my day off. While that's not really a record, its pretty damn good considering how overwhelemed and lousy I've been feeling. I'm mostly going to putz around and do laundry, fix myself some dinner, write for a bit, and watch some tube.

Could my life get any more exciting? Doubtful. But its that crazy time of Mars where you aren't supposed to start anything new. Down time in the middle of summer if you will...so the thing to do now is to prepare oneself for some new activities.

I need new notebooks to do some serious writing. I always do my best writing longhand, prefereably in a college ruled notebook with lots of pages.

I need to make my sacred space more efficient and effective. I need to get back on my yoga kick, so I can feel less crunchy and crackly on a daily basis.

And I need to keep diet sodas in the house, so i can stop drinking whatever is cold. Coca Cola classic and I have become far too close.

And finally, I need to know if there are any communities on LJ for lovers of classic porn. Not some scummy gross community, but an intelligent assmeblage of people who like the good stuff...

Recently in Cleveland, they had some kind of film festival of "classic" French porn, I think from pre-WWII. It seemed kind of interesting in print, I might have enjoyed going, but did not. They mentioned a film which contained dog-on-woman-cunninglinguistics, though, and that was kind of disturbing.

Yes, although it may have more to do with portability and timeliness. Sometimes i just have to get things on paper before I lose them.

Yet I dont' want to be one of those irritating people who carries a tiny tape recorder around.
