...can only mean that I'm at work! No offense to you kid-havers out there, but why don't you ever seem to clue in that not everyone finds your shrieking, ill-tempered kid cute and funny. That said, I'm in a pretty good mood.

I stopped taking those sleeping pills, they were starting to get in the way of getting up and doing stuff. Perhaps I only need them for occasional sleeplessness. Still haven't planned a menu for the housewarming. I think we're grilling sausages of some kind, so I'll have to make a vegan pasta salad (greek, methinks), and some phyllo pie for my beloved lickingtoad, though I don't think I'll go to the trouble of making tarts. Oh hell, sure I will!

Today I'll be working a double shift, and reading this shooting copy of "I am Legend" that is from 2002. Sadly, this film is not being shot so far as I know. Man, I freaking love this story! But I always picture it with Charleton Heston, regardless of the dissimilar description in the script. Then maybe I'll order myself a sub sandwich, leave work and go home to relax before coming back tomorrow morning. I'm glad I enjoy my gig!
