My froggies went away today, to a new home where a lovely kid is getting them for her birthday. I gave them away for free, given my recent bout of good fortune, it seemed like the right thing to do. They will have a happy home!
I'll be honest, the frogs weren't the most interesting thing in the tank. Gary, the snail, was the entertaining one. He was about 8lbs*, and would cover the length and height of the tank in matter of seconds**.
*This is a total lie, but he was a really big fishtank snail, probably about 1.5" in diameter. **maybe minutes... hours, but he was way more mobile than the frogs.
Actually, I did not have to give up the frogs. I think they will get more attention and care if they are treasured by a child, rather than tolerated by me.
Gary was my favorite too. I'm glad a happy child will have the frogs and tank. I would have taken them, but the wife said no. Still glad you get to keep the kitties. I love kitties.
