Silly Boys and thier Silly TV shows

So the usual posse of guys came by last night. And the hot topic of conversation (besides Macs and video games) was this new cartoon movie appearing today which is a new version of He-Man. I guess it's Anime which weirds me out. My eyes are not round on top and flat on the bottom. Plus that Lord of the Overfiend movie was utterly insane.

Having grown up with younger brothers, I am fairly knowlegable in the ways of Prince Adam and his queer attire. Dress much?
That Castle GreySkull toy was pretty cool. I think my bro sold his for $30. Dumass...

Long story short, while everyone else is living life and working at jobs, I have to stay home and tape this silly thing. For some reason, everyone smart enough to get a job is not smart enough to program a VCR. Fancy that.

The trade off for me, is that come next month, someone swell will be kind enough to tape the new season of Sopranos for me, as I do not currently have HBO.

I think later, I'm going to get high and go out for hot fudge ice cream cake at Big Boy. That stuff is awesome!

Actually, my sources tell me that the REAL She-ra was Mrs. Greco, who, as you know, was a denizen of Castle Mauveskull. I remember an episode of She-ra where She-ra, in her Mrs. Greco disguise, battled her nemesis, Mor-on (aka as Dean), and when it was over, Mor-on actually smelled better, but only had the top half of his teeth.

Man, those were the days. If I were a He-man character, I would probably be Orco (the little floating wizard dude with no face and the pointy hat), Skeletor (although, given my girth, I would be called Flabator), or Ram-man (no comment).

Hey, can you find a quiz entitled: "What He-man character are you?" I think you would come out as a Teela! What do you think?

BTW, I'm glad we're cool again, Wed. I'm gonna call you soon! Oh, guess what? Mor-on's (aka Dean) cell phone got turned off, so now I have no way to tell him I can't go this weekend. What do I do? Hmm, I think I'll go see "Signs" and pretend my Alzheimer's flared up wicked-bad this weekend. :P
