Small Step or Giant Leap?
...And today it happened.
Even though i'm not married, I seem to have a mother in law. As of today, H's mom wants me to call her, well..."Mom".
I am cool with that, even though she is constantly telling me about Jesus. She is so well meanning in all of this, I have no need to be pissed. Usually, lots of God talk makes me bored and/or offended. She's actually a very nice lady.
Anyway, off to answer Email from "Mom".

Ry's Pop inquired of me this weekend what I call my own father, probing perhaps what I would be comfortable calling him. Responding honestly I answered "Old Guy."
Just as it's difficult for the Wilcox family to find mass-produced cards that say "Happy Whateverday Pop!", instead of the traditional "Father", I do find it tedious searching for a card fitting to my own "Old Guy." Come on card industry . . . catch up with the times here!

Thank goodness for internet cards.
