My Misssion Continues:
I am in Week Se7en (heheh get it?) of my plan to live without meds for bi-polar.
Like most things, it is great in some ways, and sucky in others. Thanks to cheap, over the counter pills like melatonex, I am getting enough sleep. And thanks to making list after list for myself, I am getting stuff done.
Today I'll be:
cleaning my room, putting away clothes etc.
dusting with that Swiffer thing
answer Email from
mrcrankypants
watching Session 9 and Bunny so I can return them
making granola
changing cat box litter
walk 2 laps around complex
So as you can see, I have my work cut out for me. I'll also eat some lunch and get high at some point, but no need to put them on my list.
I still haven't seen my hot hot boss yet, although I have been told that he is back in town, safe and snug. I think there's some crap going on at work, people from the home office getting in our faces or something. So I've been avoiding that.
