I've had dinner at people's houses where i've had to politely pretend to enjoy some food that was not meeting my needs. This time though, everything was outstanding and we ate the leftovers for two days. Salmon!!

I confess, I was a little bummed that H didn't get me a gift regardless of our agreement. But that's why he's the responsible one and I'm the polar opposite of that. If I have enough money in my hands to buy the thing I want--the idea that we "can't afford it" makes no sense to me. ;-)
