I was NOT dreaming of a White Spring
I don't know what the hell people are playing at.
Snow in April? Not unheard of, granted.
But still completely unacceptable.
And it's not just a light dusting of snow. It's sticking and accumulating and doing all the stuff snow usually does in January.
That aside, I need to wish a Happy Birthday to one of the most amazing and talented people I know:
peteralway. Hope it's a good one!
My voice sounds better today. Maybe I'm not actually going to lose it. I hope that's the case. My voice is a valuable asset. Anyway, I'm armed with chloraseptic.
Bought some Reece's peanut butter eggs over the weekend. They come in packs of six, and are my all-time favorite mainstream sasonal candy. (Like most people, I actually prefer Godiva chocolate. But for grocery store candy, I love the Reece's eggs.) Problem is, two six packs of them was SEVEN DOLLARS!!! Seven dollars for candy. I'm sorry, but that's just way too much. Well, I guess since I bought some, it really wasn't "too much." But you must admit that is a very high price.
All right, my coworkers are discussing what we're gonna do about breakfast. I'd better contribute...
