you are the second person today to mention they are bloated... i told the first one, drink hot water. so i'm telling you to drink hot water as well. it's like cleaning a greasy pot, you wouldn't use cold. make sure it's so hot you can only sip it. and be ready to pee, ALOT. it also helps clear up ones complexion.
