Damn you, itunes!!!

Of course I don't have extra money to spend on tunes. I really, really don't.

But how can I resist Tom Waits: Bone Machine for the paltry pittance of $5.99?

Exactly, I can't.

I was actually trying to find the Ballad of Lester Long as I just finished watching a terrible print of Clay Pigeons on IFC. It looked all crappy and compressed, like when they first showed Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone on ABC. Anyway, itunes didn't have it, so too bad for me.

Tomorrow I'm going shopping for cat litter and vanilla, both of which are (in a roundabout way) for the NYE party. It's shaping up to be a fun one. So you're sorry if you're missing it.

Now I'm feeling better about having missed recording Clay Pigeons. This due to my having been wasting time going over old ground on Resident Evil 4. They may as well call it Resident Evil 4am. On average that seems to be when I stop playing.

Well that's weird. It's just after 4am here yet this is showing the time I posted as just after 10am. Damn screwy LJ clocks.

Then I'm really sorry. We couldn't get babysitting. I will come out to bring you the pie and some pizza though.

Truly, I'm touched that you thought of me and my giant puddles of vomit before-hand, re: the cat litter. But I won't be drinking, so really it's moot.

Dude, I was trying to get that game for H before the holidays, but never saw it in stock on a day that I had $40 with me. I'll get it eventually...and it will probably be the last Lj ever sees of me ;-}.

And yeah, there's a $10 DVD version that would be much better than what they played last night.

That sucks, especially since you guys have yet to come to a party in our "new" place--which really isn't so new anymore.

I'm also pretty shocked that Michelle and the elder Kalami are busy NYE. Kim's Mom never struck me as a big partier ;-).

Hahaha.

I just thought it would be nice for the apartment not to reek of cat poo. But since I forgot to buy litter; that too is moot. Hopefully, someone will be kind enough to fill the place with smoke of one kind or another...

Oh it's an addictive bastard to be sure. And I may just have seen Clay Pigeons in the $5.50 bin at Walmart though I wouldn't swear to it. Even so, I could record it to a DVD-R for about forty cents. If IFC's print was worth a damn that is.

I'm hoping that perhaps it will turn up On Demand as they usually do not compress things.
