And then when I got home...I wrote!!
Had a swell time at Casa D' Kim y Nate. Always a delightful pair. Plus we played Scattergories which I happen to kick ass at. And tomorrow I get to hang out with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
sudrin once more before he leaves town. I wonder if he's seen 30 Year Old Virgin which is playing at the dollar movies @ Briarwood. Although I suppose going to the mall this weekend would not be the smartest thing I ever did.

So yeah, I'm getting pretty close to finishing my word count. I will, however, be less than 75% of the way done with the actual novel. Then I'll have a much longer editing process this year than last. But I suspect that this novel will eventually be ready to send out for publishing. There was one house that looked promising when I sent my first novel to them, but they said it was too short. This one will be well above their minimum of 80K. And besides, I likes it. There was just a terribly scary kidnapping, plus another murder earlier. And I don't even want to tell you what's coming. It's not very nice at all. And that Odovacar needs to be more careful who he's giving out tasers to.
