I wanted to break 10K today, but it does not seem to be in the cards. Of course, I haven't actually consulted the cards, so I guess I don't know. I'm still within the suggested NaNo goal of 1667 words a day. But my personal goal is 2K, and I can't imagine I'm going to make 2K tomorrow with people coming to visit all afternoon and evening. Maybe though, if I have some kind of brainstorm between now and then. I just don't know the specifics of what needs to happen in the next 2 chapters.
Chapters are being posted freinds only at my writing journal, if anyone is interested in reading.

On a completely unrelated topic, I can't seem to find a good Solitaire program to download. I used to have a cool one, but my free trial ran out. Isn't there someplace we mac users can go play free Klondike? I really need a good computer based time waster that doesn't take up much harddrive space.

And finally, I am stoked for Treehouse XVIII (I think, or is it XIX) Sunday night.

Bummer I missed it, though hanging out with the sis was certainly a worthwhile alternative. I'll look for it on reruns!
