Fiddles, Brats, and Excel

I'm feeling mildly productive as I got a few things done today. Didn't make it to my therapy appointment, but I knew yesterday I wasn't going to go. Instead, I went to computer class a bit early to make up the stuff I missed last time. This week is my last class...then I will be able to officially say I know MS Word and Excel. Whee!

Also picked up my prescriptions and bought a few groceries. After the holiday I was craving another Johnsonville Brat. Those are so frakin' tasty. Plus I made us a nice mexican meal which will, in all likelyhood, be the last fancy meal I cook until we get to our new place.

Speaking of which, I'm hoping I can go see the new place before we move in. I think that will help me figure out where stuff is going so I can pack more efficiently. I'm really looking forward to getting the heck out of here. I still, however, hate packing.

Also, I find out this week if I got that job at the fiddle dealership. *Crosses fingers*

In other news, H gave me the Lemony Snicket movie on DVD--Yay!! And I'm about 2/3 of the way thru DaVinci Code which is very good. There are some rather obvious mistakes, but it is a really cool story. I mean, it's formularic as hell, but I figured it would be since everyone likes it so much. Anyway, I'm stoked to see how it all turns out. Will probably be the last new book I read before Harry Potter 6 arrives. I'm not changing my address with the post office until I get it in the mail.

I colred my hair brown. I thought it would be close to my natural color. It seems really dark though.
Really, really dark. Good thing H is colorblind. ;-}

I need a new TV. So if you know of a cheap one that works well, please hip me to it. Otherwise, I'm going to get one from ABC Warehouse. I hear tell it's the closest thing to wholesale.
