Noveling Update
I have finished the first draft of the first chapter of my new novel. It follows the prologue I posted about 10 days ago or so. Some of you will be delighted to learn that our old friend Sadie stops by briefly.
I've decided that it's not a good idea to post anymore novel stuff at this point. As much as I'd like to share, I imagine any future publisher I might attract will not like me giving it away for free. I'm going to try to do another chapter tomorrow as I have another good idea brewing up.
Anyway, I'm at roughly 28 pages which is a little over 5500 words.
Those of you who are sad that I'm not posting novel chapters as I write them may feel free to check out the shards of zombie novel posted at my writing journal. Reworking that sucker will likely be the project that keeps me busy as I try to get THIS novel published. Unless of course my first novel actually attracts a publisher. We shall see...one thing's for sure, I love talking like a "real" writer!
Plus I love the new font I found that looks like a typewriter.
But then, I'm easily amused.
