Maybe this is old news, but I didn't know that Robert Rodriguez quit the directors guild over his insistence on giving Frank Miller a co-directing credit in Sin City.

And for that, he gets even madder props.

As for me, I'm hoping my hard drive arrives today. That would be sweet as I can't wait to start uploading tunes. Plus I want to download a much bigger version of the Grayson trailer. I love that trailer...

I'm pretty excited about the casting of Frank Langella as Perry White in the new Superman movie. So excited that I will refrain from making a Perry White/Dracula comparision.

they use a proper definition of schizophrenia, but then the joke they make is about the archaic definition ie: multiple personalities. And why do you have boobs?

I was really rather looking forward to Hugh Laurie as Perry White, and I've probably said that before. But this movie is going to go forward without ME as the casting director, clearly. :-)

Kudos to Robert Rodriguez. Clearly Frank Miller was a great influence in Sin City, as his atmosphere was well felt in the film. I suspect after his movie makes 100 million, they will suddenly welcome him again with open arms and the hopes that he will bless the Hollywood Moguls with another money making venture.

I hope I don't bother you, but I was curious about this (http://www.livejournal.com/community/userpicks/29443.html). I didn't get any feedback there, but I'd like to know if you made the icon, since people seem to enjoy and distribute it freely? (I love it (Escher fan) but I would never use without permission and credit. Seems others aren't so discriminating.)

I didn't not design or animate the icon, I merely resized it from a larger animation I found. I had to mess with the frames a bit to make it the right size for upload but there was little if any creative work involved.

It seems silly to ask for credit for things I haven't invented myself, but I certainly don't mind being name dropped.

Wait a minute! I thought Hugh Laurie of Jeeves and Wooster fame was playing Perry! So confused. Not that Frank is a bad choice...he was so cool as Skeletor in the He-Man movie. Did I just out myself as a total loser by typing that?
