What I did today:

H and I saw Oceans 12 at the Village. I bought some snacks even though I don't really want to support a theatre too stupid to hire me. At the same time, I'd hate for [profile] madush69 to lose his job the way I lost mine. Anyway, the movie was entertaining and fun. And Foolia Roberts was less irritating than ever. She must be getting my hate mail!

In unrelated news, there is actually a reason for me to go to Vegas now. That is one of those places I always make fun of people for going. It seems like you could just string up a bunch of lights and throw all your money out the window and you'd get everything Vegas had excpet Sigfried and Roy. But no longer...maybe I'll get married there, you know...by Elvis or someone like that. It'd be worth it to hear Barry sing live!

Hey, check out this new website of my freind Marie whom some of you know as [profile] princezna. It's quite nice, and yes, that is really her singing.

And in holiday shopping news, i have discovered the perfect gift for that hard-to-shop for, pompous windbag on your list. And here's the kicker, s/he'll LOVE it!

Coming soon, a "name the bong" contest! So be thinking of names.

I've seen Manilow like three times...He's freakin' excellent!!! I say you name the bong, Barry Manilow...or "Bagel," like Manilow's old beagle.

Or Bongy Manilow

Or Barry Bongilow

Or Bongy Bongilow

Or Bongbong Bongilow

Or I Write the Bongs That Make the Whole World Sing

You can't name a bong w/o seeing it. So poost a pic, and then you can have my name suggestions.

[identity profile] wednes.livejournal.com 2004-12-15 12:57 am (UTC)(link)
I will. of course, H does not want me to use his camera, so I'm waiting for R to loan me his, or take the pic for me.

Soon you shall behold it's splendor.

I dont' know if I could be that nerdy in public...especially about something non-Harry Potter related.

Actually, my first "big" free lance make-up job in college was a Klingon forehead.
