I want to watch an obsure Vampire movie I've never seen before. Something in between Nosferatu, Fearless Vampire Killers, and The Hunger.

Any Suggestions?

I'm big vampire movie buff, and though it's not a "typical" vamp movie at all, I still enjoyed it.

vampyres is a good movie, its from like 1971 i think...you should like it, anchor bay has it on dvd

Matt says to avoid anything named "To Die For" and mentioned that "The Breed" with Adrian Paul (from the Highlander series) isn't too bad

Avoid The Addiction starring Lili Taylor. It's a pretentious wanna-be goth vampire story where every character talks endlessly about bad philosophy. Terrible movie. One of the worst I've seen.

I hated it too. In fact, I thought it was so bad, I haven't liked Lili taylor in anything since then.

there are no big name actors in it that i can think of but one of the vampires was a playboy centerfold, i think, or maybe penthouse. but its a movie by a spanish dorector i believe and it was filmed very obviously in england. anchor bay was the first to release it uncut here in the states. check it out.

if you've seen "nosferatu", have you seen "shadow of the vampire"? it's actually kinda sweet... in an "awwww!" kinda way. (but that could've been the ben & jerry's talkin...)
