so much to do...so little motivation...
I am soooo bummed, as there is a big, long block of season 2 dead zone eps on tonight starting at midnight when I have to go to bed early because I have to go to goddamn goddamn work tomorrow. As most of you know I'm sure, I dig my job. But them messing with my schedule over the holidays so every stupid college kid can go do whatever the fuck..is really quite irritating.
I did work Thanksgiving, Halloween, and Christmas eve and christmas; not even counting that I work basically every pagan holiday that falls within my regular schedule. Plus no one else can really do my job, which means i can't take weekends off ever. Okay, < / rant >
So we finally went grocery shopping, and got most of the stuff I need for the party. Mike is bringing pita, and no one else has offered to bring anything. I imagine though that some wine and chanpagne will find us. Actually, K and N were down for champagne, but it seems that thier entire houshold is sick. Drag.
so tonight I have to maek dip and baklava, and then get up early and go to work. then once I get honme from work, I can make falafel and the pastry and waffle mix and hommus and put the veggie tray together. Why do i put so much damn pressure on myself? I don't really know.
