Irony can be pretty ironic at times...
Working again, and man I sure hope I can hook up in time for my party. I'm all out, and while I certainly can have a birthday party without pot and without my Hot Hot Boss, it would kind of pale in comparision to last year, when I had both. It will be enormous fun to have everyone together, even if I don't get my Queasy Bake Oven. Lots of people are scheduled to attend!
Today on the way to work, my cab almost got smacked in the side by an AATA bus. That seems kind of funny or ironic in some way, that my old form of transportation was getting nearly squashed by my current ride to work.
Happily, I am fine, as is the bus.
My job is kicking ass lately. I've sold a bunch of memebrships this weekend, and we have good movies, so the buzz has been excellent. I'll be getting my 90 day raise any month now...
And lastly, H got me some optical insurance. I may have already mentioned this, but I'm pretty stoked to be getting the new glasses I so desperately need.
