Everyone has a bunch of cool stuff they're doing for whatever damn holiday weekend this is coming up. But not me, I'm almost completely sans funds, about to run out of weed, and have to work all stupid weekend when we aren't even showing any cool new films.
However, I refuse to beleive that I am the worst off person in all of LJ.
So...convince me why your holiday weekend will suck worse than mine (and I don't want to hear about a bunch of crap you brought on yourself...I'm talking real hardships here...). The person with the worst holiday weekend will win a fabulous prize from the Wednes Collection.

Why my holiday weekend will suck...
My team wants to release software in the next month. I have been invited to spend the weekend (including Monday) in my office running QA tests. I am a developer and am running QA tests over the weekend because they laid off some of our QA last year not thinking we might in fact... need them. And it's more bothersome than that because the rest of the developers from an adjacent team that has already shipped, sit around playing online risk with the rest other members of my team.
Did I mention that they turn off the air conditioning on the weekend and holidays?
Anyone wanna trump that?
